Mom and I ran our first race of 2022 yesterday - the Swedish Stomp 5k in Bishop Hill. Those hills were no joke! I placed 3rd female overall and 1st in my age group. Mom was 15 seconds shy of a 3rd place in her group! Another great day of running in the books 👣 #runchat #running

@CoachMatheson @CenterSinatra Great video! Thanks for sharing. We do Second Step (SEL) every Wednesday. My 6th graders just finished the bullying unit. Thinking this would be a great wrap up activity. But I don’t think you could go wrong on whatever unit you choose to use it in.
