@WhitneyDownard @INCapChronicle Isn’t this a tax hike, initially will be a decrease but @purduemitch put a 1% cap so now we will raise it to 2% for low income and elderly. I am fine with a raise but this article doesn’t mention much of the current state of the tax cap
