ADBI’s Seungju Baek and Nicolas Buchoud joined @APAEAofficial President Paresh Narayan and Fiji officials to discuss the ways to strengthen the capabilities of small enterprises for assessing climate risks and scaling blended finance during a side event at #COP28 in Dubai.
