@who_genetics @asgari_samira @Kazu_Ishigaki We were also interested in this! You can do something similar with PCA of just scRNA-seq data — instead of using CVs from CCA as the cell state variable in the model, you can use PCs from PCA instead, or a gene set score, pseudotime, etc.
