@stariiyed you should tell them, because if you’re ‘binging’ (i use this term loosely), it’s definitely down to extreme hunger due to your weight and extended periods of intense restriction. the doctor will likely be able to give you better ways of managing and dealing with it
we are going on a 3 day trip to see family tomorrow and my mum’s already said tomorrow’s dinner will be a takeaway just kill me now and it’s a chinese/chip shop so there’s literally nothing on the menu which won’t be cooked in a vat of oil
@meowlimic i hope you don’t take offence to this but i was waiting for the after pictures 😭 you very much still look like someone who is pre treatment so i wouldn’t worry
@silly_cherub@ghostivyleaves you can get it in holland and barrett but it’s a little expensive. have a look on their website, it’s the only place i’ve ever been able to find it
@rariizzoo yes! i’ve done this before, and i usually do around Christmas when there’s loads of tempting food around. if you allow yourself you worry less about losing control and it really helped me with food noise when it came to being around food i was craving
@amorafawn restrictive ed since 2018 but they now suspect i had arfid before that as a child due to emetophobia, so i’ve had disordered eating for about 13 years maybe. restrictive is 8 years or so
@gh0stlyg0on0_o they’re way more satisfying because of the high protein content, and they’re also low sugar and sometimes high in fibre. i can eat a 100g chocolate bar for 550ish cals and not be satisfied but a 60g protein bar for 200 ish cals will keep me much fuller
