Deepest sympathy to the family of John Kelly. John was a real character & never without a camera. Was with John & the Vice Presidents of the Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association on Tuesday at Burns on the Lagan. He will be missed by the Ulster Scots community & all who knew him.
