I cannot wait to head to ikea and let off all the pent up lockdown rage at my husband, when he dares to challenge how many needless candles make it into the trolley.
I was not emotionally prepared for all the workmen flooding my house this morning. Especially, the unannounced getting in the way of the ones I had prepared for and now you all can’t social distance for fuck sake ones. I’m going to hide.
@ourrachblogs @matthaig1 My daughter (5) suffers from low self-esteem and has a little pink bag she likes to carry around, with all Matt Haig’s kids book in. She reads from the Truth Pixie every night. His words have helped her more than anything else. Beautifully written.
@mrsbaileywrites My husband made me get up early to clean. Actually deep clean our daughter bedroom. On a Saturday. Normally I have to threaten to leave him with the kids and never return, before he will get the hoover out. I’ve just had a 20 minute shower in the hopes he forgets I exist.

A queue around the block to get into The Range. A few crap cleaning products and cheap dog biscuits doesn’t make it essential. We all know you’re going for a jolly to sniff candles and buy paddling pools. I despair. I really do.
I'll send a set of these new Letters of Note books to one person who retweets this. Randomly chosen. You have 24hrs to take part. I'll sign them unless told otherwise, & I'll write the winner a letter unless told otherwise. Keep washing your hands. Stay at home. We can do this x
31 today. I think this the first time I’ve felt completely overwhelmed by everything and nothing feels even remotely positive to me this morning. Hopefully, just a blip. Also, why does turning 31 feel worse than 30?!
@scribbles78 I’m at that in between stage of it not being long enough to tie up with other mess forming on top of my head. I’m tempted to recreate a video a YouTube hairdresser can laugh at.
