Anyone familiar with the CNS manifestations of Idiopathic Hypereosinophilic Syndrome? Do we look for more than just watershed zones infarcts? #NeuroTwitter#NeuroX#NeuroRad
@TLHM_MD Meanwhile, the interventional neuroradiologist waiting for the ICU patient with cerebral vasospasm who was supposed to arrive 2 hours ago… Rings a bell, @GuenegoAdrien? 😆
1/”I LOVE spinal cord syndromes!” is a phrase that has NEVER, EVER been said by anyone.
Do you become paralyzed when you see cord signal abnormality?
Never fear—here is a thread on all the incomplete spinal cord syndromes to get you moving again!
@teachplaygrub@jsandhu11 Thanks for this amazing thread.
How do you translate this for CT imaging?

How do you grade it? Do you estimate? Measure? Guess???
Let this thread take the load off your back w/a lumbar grading system that’s easy, reproducible & evidence-based!
If you ever use @Radiopaedia can I ask you for a few minutes of your time to complete our Census? It makes a big difference to us. 🙏💜
