@DrDMcGregor Waterproof trousers plus a basic high vis jacket are my go-tos.. spare pair of dry socks +/- shoes also helpful depending on how water-repellent the OG shoes are!
https://t.co/ZxwntP7bcJ The irony that this article only uses the word lesbian once (in a quotation about the incredible Georgia speaking about why it's an important word to use) and the rest is all 'gay girls', 'queer' and 'LGBTQ+'.. stop it with the euphemisms!
Over the last few years, I've been compiling a list of UK celebs and what private school they attended.
If you've not seen it yet, prepare to be blown away.

Cycling in London has been such a joy over the last few years - I love being able to get some fresh air especially when working long days/nights! We need better infrastructure though to keep everyone safe on the roads. #LondonLovesCycling
🌈 Let’s make sure London’s next Mayor knows how much we all love cycling!

My NHS rainbow badge was given to me by a hospital CEO when I was still a medical student - as a newly out lesbian who felt very out of place in medicine it helped me feel like I could belong as an LGBTQ+ doctor.
This doctor sat an anatomy exam despite the malicious release of a sheep - she deserves to be a hero to lesbians and medics everywhere! 🌈 🐑 #LGBTplusHM

With many thanks to the geriatrics department at @WhitHealth who were so insightful and encouraging when I first started talking and learning about this as an FY1!
"A major concern of many #ageing LGBTQ+ people is their lack of access to inclusive social care support."
To provide more inclusive care we must listen to and respect the needs of older #LGBTQ+ people, says @aphraluchesa

@dr_emmacoombe Thanks for the advice - difficult as am only non-trainee on ward so not sure how much traction this would gain especially if not reporting extra hours of clinical work.
Today marks the 75th anniversary of the NHS & we are celebrating through a powerful exhibition.
