Broadband is rubbish considering I am paying for 200mbps with a booster. Rang customer service who confirmed I have poor broadband but instead want to upsell their wifi pod rather than fix the problem. @virginmedia #ofcom #broadband #bbcwatchdog

@virginmedia 200mbps but the issue isn’t the wired connection speed. It’s the wifi and not getting it around half the house even with the boosters. I can’t have all my devices hard wired to the router. It’s pointless having wifi.
