Letting Go of Judgement, including Self Judgment.

Letting Go of Fear; Fear of Failure , Fear of Missing Out, Fear of Uncertainty, Fear of Loss, Fear of Trying, Fear of Abandonment, Fear of the What-ifs, which so often hold us back.

Letting Go of the Outcomes, and the should haves, could haves, would haves, did, and instead, accepting and moving-on.

Letting Go of what feels safe and secure, of what you know, of what has served you in the past, or what you think served you in the past.

Letting Go of Safety: Habits, thought process, behaviours and patterns you are familiar with, and being willing to try something different.

Letting Go of your antipathy to being exposed and vulnerable. Letting Go of all of the above leaves you in a position of great vulnerability, but that’s what you need to be willing to do to change, grow, become.

Letting Go, is Moving on, Moving past, Moving Forward.

Yes it may not work out the way you want, but the other option is being stuck in what already isn’t working anymore.

Without Letting Go, you’ll never know what was possible.
