@currys is there no uk customer service? If we order something to click and collect in 1 hour that’s what we want. Not pay for it and then be told three days and then if you want to cancel it wait 7-10 for your money back to buy the item sitting on the shelf! Rude call centre
@Wickes so I want to spend £15k cash on a kitchen but you are forcing me to apply for credit I dont want or else I cant order the kitchen. Wtf? Are you happy to lose a 15k purchase then? Propostetous way to run a business!! Wish I could afford as a business to say bye to 15k!
@BritishGas what an absolutely useless company this is. Referred case to ombudsman because of their useless customer service and they credit black list you as a punishment!!
@DFS need to revisit what customer service used to look like to what it looks like now! They used to care……… now if you’re not happy …..tough! Never recommend or buy from them again!
