@aps_wellbeing launched welcome back wellness week. The challenge for a meatless Monday led me to a new 🥗 recipe packed with superfoods - kale, watercress, arugula, shaved 🥦 , dried 🍒 , walnuts & honeycrisp 🍎. ✔️ out the challenges for the rest of the week.
