@AmazonHelp Nope, that was basically my original question in this conversation. There are other people with the same issue on the android app that have talked about it online so it definitely needs sorting out. It works fine on the iOS app, no delay when searching for music.

@AmazonHelp for months now the android music app takes literally minutes to load most music when first booted, and occasionally during use. In-app customer service says this is a known bug. When will it be repaired? It's ridiculous now having to wait ages for searches to work.

@AmazonHelp Yes, but this isn't The IT Crowd. I've reinstalled both from Google Play and the Amazon App Store - no joy. The help person inside the Amazon Music app said this was a known issue. Reinstalling does not work & isn't a suitable solution. What is being done to address this?

@DVLAgovuk Fair enough, thanks. I know I can drive, I just wondered, since non-essential businesses are shortly reopening, what the situation was. Would be helpful if the website said V5Cs were on hold though. I’ve looked several times and couldn’t see this explicitly stated.

Hello @DVLAgovuk I bought a car in February and still do not have the formal V5C - I’m not a key worker so struggling to contact you. How long do I need to wait before I get this paperwork? I can’t drive indefinitely without the appropriate paperwork?! #DVLA
