@ChaseSupport Booked flight w UR. Delta cancelled flight and refunded back to @Chase Travel. I’ve had multiple phone calls and emails w @Chase Travel. Still can’t get my UR points refunded to my account for weeks.
@olsonplanner@MoMIGSMD All this is uncompensated ⏰ and 0 wRVU generated…but the mental energy, particularly around pt msg’s is not small. There is a billable code for some 📝, but strict reimb rules around the nature of the complaint and the ⏰ before/after last office visit (so few bill any code)
@olsonplanner At least 30-50 new msg/day. 10+ path reports (thought + dispo + 📞 back to pt). Labs for an entire clinic (20+ pts…but each pt could have 1-10 labs each)…thought + dispo. 5-10 Rx refills. 3-8 pt 📞 to RN. 3-8 direct msg from pts. 📝 from front desk, other MDs, denial, appeal
@DataRepublican Next considerations: (1) Create searchable database of Compensation from all the 990s (2) Link the “Independent Contractors” from the 990s as well. This is how they feed their friends
@tyromper Reminds me of C.S. Lewis: “Good and evil both increase at compound interest. That is why the little decisions you and I make every day are of such infinite importance. The smallest good act today is the capture of a strategic point…”
Just OUT @SSRN

@chris_herd@adamscrabble Read the Mattress Underground blog / forum. Mattresses are mostly marketing. Best mattresses actually are from local small manufactures. There are minimum specs to look for. Avoid big names. I found a local maker. Replaced all my others now.
@ClayTravis Need to look at “Certificate of Need” states. Gov decides how many beds, how many ICU beds, where you can build, who can build a hospital. Capacity argument for many is flawed when—in CON states—the gov controls this. Look at NY for example.
