Este es el estudio original de Nagueh !!!
Ojo:
❌Fue un estudio de 60 pacientes
❌ solo Px en ritmo sinusal
❌ no evalúa en IM Grave
❌ el sitio de medición TDI fue solamente anillo lateral
❌ Tiene una variabilidad de 0.1 +/- 3.8
❌TDI no tiene valor en Cx valvular mitral
❌ la medición E/é no mide .. solo estima y no sustituye la medición directa invasiva con SWAN-GANZ

Múltiples escenarios clínicos críticos pueden mostrar E/é incrementada que no relaciona con PCP elevada !!
