.@vodafone_de complaint not addressed, customer service politely fobbed off saying it will be attended to in 48 hours. No Internet access, no #WFH. Guess this is their efficiency. Pity!!!

@vodafone_de Thanks. Your technical person called. She was extremely nice. Unfortunately the fault is not rectified. The internet connection goes off every 5 to 10 minutes. It's frustrating, I am unable to work from home, can't watch TV as channel cannot be changed. Pl send a technician.
