@brianstelter Hmm. Local AI can already do this?
What is so special apart from anointing some sources as reliable?
The future is AI collecting raw data from events and summarizing it.
The surprise is it already available. ๐ฎ
@DanielBerglind By muscle growth, do we mean sarcoplasmic hypertrophy or myofibrillar hypertrophy?
Low load usually triggers sarcoplasmic hypertrophy while high load triggers the latter.
@lungfish2k@AndrewYang I don't think it is poor management, but on most routine tasks, AI would out perform a human.
AI does fail on tasks that were not in the training data which might be tiny like 5%.
Since most office tasks are highly repetitive, AI can learn them thereby eliminating the human.โน๏ธ
@TheFXWarrior@WilliamWallace It says could brew uses 8x serving size which means caffeine/polyphenol content per g of coffee is lower.
Have you seen the price of coffee lately? ๐ฆ
I can't waste precious coffee beans by under extracting them.
@TheFXWarrior@WilliamWallace Extraction is dependent on temperature. There is no other easy way.
Never heard of coffee causing acne. Checked with AI too.
Probably something else caused your acne.
@TheFXWarrior@WilliamWallace Cold brew doesn't extract all the caffeine. Also, the most beneficial polyphenols are not extracted fully by cold brew.
Basically, throwing away all the good stuff.
@WilliamWallace@grok Fact check this post.
Doesn't the body use more Vitamin C during an active infection?
Mere plasma saturation with 400mg won't be sufficient during illness? ๐ค
@DanielBerglind Hasn't this been known for some time?
High training volume(reps) increase sarcoplasmic hypertrophy while isometric exercise increase myofibrillar hypertrophy? ๐ค
@breathe123@BarbaraOneillAU They put so much because absorption is low. It is as low as 1% for some B vitamin and 100% for others.
It is not an issue as Vitamin B is water soluble and any excess leaves the body.
@questmoosa@LeonardiLo22192 Dude, you have been posting questionable content.
Do you have a degree in some science or you are a practicing physician?
Drawing *new* conclusions by just reading published papers is dangerous and harmful to others. ๐
