@Dr_DeanS @vickimoses It’s just incredibly scary, also really frustrating that I hear about doctors strikes daily, but not a single one given any solution, viable or not, not to fund this. Please don’t come back saying it’s the governments job. I left school a long time ago and that mindset with it!

Yes it’s not your job but let’s just imagine this is your problem to solve, our debt levels are now over 100% of our GDP due to Covid so borrowing more to fund isn’t viable 2/3

@Dr_DeanS @vickimoses Hi Dean, thankyou for putting this up. It’s very hard to keep track of what’s what. It’s my understanding that there’s about 40,000+ junior doctors, all requested a 35% pay increase. That’s an annual cost of 16 Billion to fund the pay increase.
