If your application is still Pending, here's what the team confirmed:

→ If you applied after receiving an official invite, reviews typically take 3–5 weeks.

→ If you applied before receiving an invite, your application is deprioritized and moved to the end of the review queue.

→ Because of this, the review process can take 60+ days, or even longer.

The good news:

✅ Once you receive your official invite, your application will be processed.

The Arc team also confirmed they're actively working on speeding up the review process for everyone.

The most important rule in Arc's Brand Guidelines is simple:

Your brand comes first. Arc is the infrastructure.

What that means:

→ Don't name your product "Arc Payments," "The Arc App," or anything that implies it's officially owned, operated, or endorsed by Arc.

→ Only use the Arc logo if you're actively building on Arc or have a signed partnership agreement with @circle.

→ Never modify the Arc logo. No recoloring, stretching, recreating, or adding extra elements.

→ Your own brand and logo should always be more prominent than Arc's.

→ Use phrases like "Built on Arc," "Available on Arc," or "Supports Arc" instead of making Arc the identity of your product.

Also keep in mind:

• @circle reserves the right to review your branding, request changes, or revoke permission to use Arc brand assets.

• Any requested corrections must be completed within 3 business days.

• Improper trademark usage may also be reported to X, which can take enforcement action against accounts that violate its trademark policies.

Before using the Arc name or logo on your website, product, smart contract, or marketing materials, take five minutes to read the guidelines.

It's much easier to stay compliant than to rebrand your project later.

Arc published its Brand Guidelines and Partner Toolkit this week. It's definitely worth reading if you're building anything on the network.

The main takeaway is simple: your brand is the product, Arc is the infrastructure behind it.

Saying "Built on Arc" or "Available on Arc" is perfectly fine.

But names like "Arc by [Your Company]" or "The Arc App" aren't recommended, as they imply ownership of or endorsement by Arc.

✅ Inu — The first dog on Arc
Logo usage is also more restrictive than many people expect.

To use the Arc logo, you must be actively building on Arc or have a signed agreement with Circle. The logo cannot be recolored, modified, or made more visually prominent than your own brand.
