Village halls play a vital role in communities and now Newburgh, Aberdeenshire has a fantastic refurbished one to act as a hub for local activites. Thanks to @CCFScot @KSBScotland @FoundationScot @VattenfallUK @RobertsonTrust @Aberdeenshire and #community for funding!

Focussing on reducing its carbon footprint, the building has been fully insulated using sustainable materials, has had windows, lighting and heating all upgraded, as well as being made fully accessible for the first time in its 130 year history
