@rikvanderkant @LeventalLab@brainychickJ We grow the cells to confluency. Minimum 6 plates (start with that), but 10-12 might be necessary. We usually focus more on MAM yields than bulk ER yields though so maybe you won't need as many plates as we do
@rikvanderkant @LeventalLab@brainychickJ The only suggestion specific to neurons we'd have is that you will have to grow a lot of cells to obtain a workable quantity of ER. We're not sure what you're working with, but multiple 15cm plates would be advisable if possible.
