The details of Hina Javed’s murder are horrifying. There has been outrage, arrests have been made, everyone is unified in the call for justice.

But we’ve been here before.

We must keep attention on the case when the news cycle moves on. Demand a thorough investigation, that every person responsible is held accountable. We have to make sure her family does not have to fight the system for years just to see justice delivered.

Hina’s family has asked us not to let this case fade from public view.

If the news reports are true and the #Pakistan regime both flagrantly violated the #SupremeCourt's order and duped the people in thinking @ImranKhanPTI had been transferred to Al-Shifa, there is an elegant solution. The #SupremeCourt should simply find the regime in contempt of court under Article 204 of the Constitution and issue an order that suspends the two sentences Khan is serving as they are both on appeal anyways and requires his immediate release from prison. 🇵🇰 Imran Khan's personal physician says he was tricked by Pakistani authorities during last night's hospital saga.

Dr. Faisal Sultan told reporters he was taken into police custody on his way to Adiala Jail, believing he was being brought to see Imran.

Instead he was driven in a convoy to Shifa International Hospital, while officials acted as though Imran was with them.

He says he waited nearly 4 hours, asking again and again where Imran was. Each time, he was told the former prime minister was on his way.

Then they told him Imran had already been taken back to Adiala.

If everything here was above board, why put his doctor in a fake convoy and leave him waiting on a patient who was never coming?
