@KelsMurrell@Keris This is amazing, hahah, mine is also definitely Harry styles. I can’t imagine how you’d decorate your house with all that cow memorabilia 🐄
Okay so @biminibabes and @mikeskinnerltd have you two been introduced yet?! Your voices would blend so well together and your collab would be such a vibe? The Streets (feat. Bimini Bon Boulash)...I feel this in my bones
No country that has been told for YEARS to stop using the term BAME (Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic) to categorize all non-white people, yet still does it, is a ‘model of racial equality’. Just pure gaslighting.
I’m still not at a point where I can put words to this all. I’ve felt the same racism Meghan felt in the UK, I live one mile from Sarah Everard, and my family and I are part of the Asian American community. I’ll write more if I can, but in the meantime this one is worth a read.
No, the model minority myth doesn’t protect Asians.
"It’s meant to define African Americans as deficient and inferior to white people by using Asian Americans as a proxy," says @scottkurashige.
"It was never an accurate portrayal of Asian Americans."
