Had a really bad experience at @cineworld Cardiff . In Screens 1, 13, and 3, it felt like only the front speakers were working — and even those were at very low volume. Completely ruined the cinema experience. Please fix the sound systems.

Hi @cineworld, my Dude (Tamil) show on 20/10/2025 at Cardiff (ref: WFR9HNL) was cancelled without any prior notice. I reached the cinema and only then got to know. I emailed afterward but haven’t received a response yet hoping something can be done to make up for this?

@cineworld No I couldn't. The sound system is the worst. I guess the speaker to the back rows are not working. It kills the theatre experience 🫡🫡
