GHR has filed for Environmental Clearance for its Neopolis Phase 3 project, on the land where it paid a record ₹151 crore per acre.
Interestingly, this project includes a large mixed use commercial tower featuring G+UG+4 retail space and a convention centre, 30 floors of offices, and an 11-floor hotel on top, along with a residential tower.
After Brigade Gateway, this is another major mixed use development for Neopolis. It's great to see more commercial and retail activity coming to the area, adding a new dimension to the skyline beyond many residential towers.
