There is no such thing as a ‘senior Reform UK source’. They’re not a ‘source’, they’re either a politician or their spin doctor. Cloaking this nonsense in the language of investigative journalism is an insult to everyone. They should be named or told to shut the fuck up.
@ITVSport hopefully the last time we have to suffer a dire Sam Matterface commentary at this World Cup since tomorrow’s semi is on The BBC and the final will be on both channels and nobody would choose your coverage because of him. Time to make a change please!
@michaelgove In a fairer world you would be in prison for your part in what that report shows. Given you’re lucky not to be, please start showing some contrition for what you did and the thousands of lives damaged by the pure greed this all displayed.
Think it's worth repeating. Zia Yusuf claimed no state support was being offered to Reform MPs for protection. In reality, Nigel Farage was offered a car, a trained driver, a bodyguard, and security on a similar level to that offered Kemi Badenoch. That's quite the deception.
Breaking: It has emerged that last year Nigel Farage was offered government-funded security comparable to that provided to Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch and senior Cabinet ministers, but reportedly turned it down.
For months, Farage pointed to a lack of state security to justify accepting an undisclosed £5 million gift. More recently, however, his explanation has shifted, with him describing it as an entirely unconditional gift that he could have spent on “Ferraris” if he wished.
That change matters. If the money was given for a specific purpose connected to his role as an MP or political activities, it could have different implications for parliamentary declaration requirements than an unrestricted personal gift.
This situation just keeps getting worse and worse for Farage.
A lot of people maybe unaware but @CountBinface raises money for Shelter through his merchandise sales on his intergalatic website.
Nigel Farage helps himself.
Just a reminder that shortly after being appointed president in 2017 that Infantino was instrumental in a major FIFA overhaul that ousted the two independent co-chairmen of the Ethics Committee, Cornel Borbély and Hans-Joachim Eckert. At the time, the committee was actively investigating… Infantino
