During Gustavo Petro’s administration (since August 2022), the United States has averaged 1 civilian-run deportation flight to #Colombia every 3 days.

Now some flights will be military. It’s not clear what else may change: flights’ frequency? treatment while in transit?

De acuerdo al Reglamento del Código, le corresponde al Comité de Probidad y Ética Pública de la institución pública atender la denuncia, investigar y aplicar el procedimiento disciplinario en el caso del nepotismo. El Comité puede apoyarse en la unidad de auditoría interna y de la Dirección de Participación Ciudadana del @TSCHonduras. Pero ¿qué pasa cuando la persona denunciada es jefe de las personas del Comité de Probidad y Ética Pública?

Está demostrado que una Ley de Nepotismo no erradica el nepotismo, pero si lo puede controlar con el suficiente monitoreo de su cumplimiento.
