@easyJet Hi! I checked in for a flight last night and had to pay for an extra cabin bag as only the small one was included. When I got here my pass had Speedy Boarding (work booked). As this included a larger cabin bag, can I get a refund for having booked one as well?

@greateranglia hi! I’m on 3.33 from Liv street to Southend. I need to change at Wickford for the branch line but we’ve been held up outside Stratford. Can you confirm the branch line will be held if needed? Thanks

@greateranglia hi, I’m on the 20.50 Liv street to Southend and need to change to the southminster line at Wickford. We’ve been held outside Shenfield. Can you please make sure the branch line is held as it’s been a long day and an hours wait will send me over the edge!
