Amazon Prime, and again, you let me down! Do you care! A delivery was due yesterday for Mothers Day but I ended up with a message that it will now be delivered Monday! Absolutely useless! I contacted live support and it was promised for early am today. So far NOTHING

What has happened to you, John Lewis ....NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! I thought you were a reliable service, but EVERYTHING is wrong!! Delivery, customer service... I'm still waiting for my order since Friday. Trading Standards is my next port of call.

So after paying for a next day delivery, I received no tracking details this morning. Delivery due 8am to 8pm. At 2 p.m., I decided to contact chat... No help whatsoever. Just a case ref for the carrier. 24/48 hour to get a reply!!!!!

I have.just tried to call my son urgently and ee took me directly to the payment system to pay my bill.
My bill is paid. I have checked my bank, and you have taken the payment out!
I have been on the app, and it's down for maintenance. I have called 150 to no avail .

@SkyNews How can this cruel person be found not guilty of cruelty to this beautiful horse......I am so terribly dissatisfied with this decision. It now allows her to inflict pain on other beautiful animals who happen to cross her path

Sadly I need to cancel my plan with you with immediate effect. Tillie absolutely refuses to eat it....even through the transition period and trying both flavours. We so wanted her to like it...but the little we have coaxed her to eat she vomited back up.
