@MarianaBaabar Most of the people protesting for AJK, don't even know exactly what is the issue and which rights are not being given by the state of Pak. Majority of these people are from 1 particular party. They blindly put blame on an institution, regardless of facts/realities.

Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) with 4.5 million citizens is smaller than my district Gujranwala.

AJK is a textbook example of how a smaller administrative unit does NOT deliver good governance.

AJK has the whole panoply of governance from Legislative Assembly, President, Prime Minister, Supreme Court, Election Commission...

The crisis of governance does not lie in largeness of the administrative unit.

The crisis is in the colonial nature of the Pakistani state, designed to rule over subjects, not serve citizens.

The crisis is in the lack of durable & empowered local governments.

A re-engineering & creative destruction of the state—from tehsil to province to federation—is required.

@81ShahbazRana It's the continuity of what's happening in AJK between PP & N. Politicians behaviour shows democracy is just a tool for self-interest, they can go to any extent. Pressure the State, exploit situation. Pak needs a long-term techno govt. Nothing for ordinary person in democracy.

@javeednusrat Govt is filling its treasury through petrol margins, easy solution. They have found a short cut for any shortfall. Degranulation broadly means every OMC will have its own price, Govt will then say, we are not responsible for petrol prices. Govt should not deregulate everything!

@KlasraRauf Make a case of uninterrupted (no-congestion) travel when proposing a road extension/elimination of green belt. Once road gets widened then same people put a check post on that road and allow one car at a time. Can't check security before spending billions

I see the tide is turning heavily against Iran in the Pakistani OSINT and media space. The frustration is real. Don’t blame anyone but the Iranians for this shift. The lies of the Iranian state are hard to justify for any sane person for too long. From a Supreme Leader in hiding whom IRGC tries to show as alive with clearly forged signatures to brainless interpretations of the MoU to justify attacking civilian vessels to inexplicably bombing allied nations like Oman and Qatar just hours after sharing pleasantries with them to humiliating guests at a funeral by politicizing verses of the Quran, it’s all too much to rationalize for too long.

@RShahzaddk This is wrong, an unnecessary thing and permissions. Issue was not related to tuition center, incident happened due to poor construction work. Millions of people especially ladies running tuition centers. Let them continue their work.
