I booked an @etihad flight via MakeMyTrip with a layover in Abu Dhabi for 8 March. Due to the current situation, Etihad is offering customers a full refund or free date change, but MakeMyTrip is refusing both.

@EtihadHelp @EtihadHelp can you please confirm if airline is allowing date change or full refund to the customers booked for 8th March. @makemytrip is asking for proof for the 10th time since yesterday. It is customer harassment at this point.
