@craigweiss I also canceled. I didn't like the answers. They're very pessimistic and, instead of helping, give life lessons and moral lectures. I don't want another dad, tbh!
As a guy who works in tech, is building with AI, and writes a weekly newsletter on the topic, I can't explain as well as Ben Affleck.
How is that possible?
@Preetam_M_Rao That's the stupidest argument. Every country should be self-reliant for food. If anyone allows importing cheap food, they will soon become dependent on imports as many local businesses close, and at a time of need, this could become the biggest chokepoint.
Dear @ICC,
It is with a heavy heart that we now announce our unavailability to replace Pakistan in the upcoming T20 World Cup. Regardless of whether they now withdraw, the short timescales ensure it is impossible for our squad to prepare in the professional manner necessary to compete effectively in this global cricketing spectacle. We are not like Scotland and able to turn up on a whim, with no kit sponsor.
Our players are from all walks of life and cannot simply drop their occupations to fly halfway around the world to experience temperatures only normally felt in Finnish saunas. Our captain, a professional baker, needs to attend to his oven, our ship captain needs to steer his vessel, and our bankers need to go bankrupt (again). This is the harsh reality of cricket at the amateur level of the game.
This news will be extremely disappointing to our fans. Despite being the most peaceful nation on Earth, we maintain an army of online followers, and are the world's 14th most followed national board on X. We were ready to give the Dutch the biggest shock they have experienced since William of Orange lost the Battle of Landen in 1693. And the Americans were looking forward to taking on Greenland, or so their orange-dyed leader thought.
Our loss is likely Uganda's gain. We wish them well. Their kits cannot be missed unless you have epilepsy, in which case they are probably best avoided.
The future is always ice, until it isn't.
Yours sincerely,
Icelandic Cricket Association
Some Ideas
Trash: A business that pays people to hand over trash say, $1 per kg, or $3 if sorted. Once given to the company, they own the trash and can recycle or repurpose it.
Pollution: Needs serious attention not just air pollution, but also noise, water, and light pollution.
lmo, India currently faces three major issues:
1.Traffic
2.Pollution
3.Trash everywhere
Another imp issue is law enforcement, but that’s a complex as how laws are written, interpreted, and enforced. This should address crimes against women/corruption. but top 3 are doable rn.

I was in a meeting in our Tenkasi office with our Arattai engineers, working out refinements to the app and a team member showed this tweet.
Thank you @anandmahindra
this gives us even more determination 🙏
This is why I love X.
The man who literally invented modeling cloth in computer graphics at MIT in 1986 saw the video where Claude creates a cloth animation and says:
"I'm outdone by an AI in a few minutes. They still pay me, but for how long?"
nobody should give or receive any career advice right now. everyone is broadly underestimating the scope and scale of change and the high variance of the future. your L4 engineer buddy at meta telling you “bro cs degrees are cooked” doesn’t know shit
