@IndiaDST announced a fellowship hike from January 1,2023,with an office memorandum in June.Other agencies followed suit,but ICAR hasn't released any memorandum yet.When asked,they cited ongoing processing.This negligence towards research scholars by @icarindia is unacceptable.

All the research agencies have released their office memorandums except ICAR. It's been over a year since DST's office order was issued, but @icarindia and @hpathak_icar are still sleeping.
