Aus unserer Sicht dient diese Veranstaltung nicht einem offenen Dialog, sondern der öffentlichen Darstellung eines Regimes, das für schwere Menschenrechtsverletzungen verantwortlich gemacht wird.

Wir rufen die zuständigen Behörden auf, die Hintergründe und den Zweck dieser Veranstaltung sorgfältig zu prüfen. Die Schweiz sollte kein Ort für Einschüchterung, Propaganda oder transnationale Repression sein.

Unsere Solidarität gilt den politischen Gefangenen, den Opfern von Unterdrückung und allen Eritreerinnen und Eritreern, die sich friedlich für Freiheit, Demokratie und Menschenrechte einsetzen.

-እዛ ኣባሃህላ’ዚኣ፡ እምብዛ ደስ ካብ ዝብላኒ ኣበሃህላታት ሓንቲ እያ። ብርዒ፡ ኣብ ህወተይ ናይ ዝነውሐ ግዜ መጓዕዝተይ’ያ። ካብ ብልሳነይ ክዛረብ ብብርዐይ ገለ ነገር ክሓናጥጥ እንከለኹ ዝያዳ ናጽነት ይስምዓኒ። ኣብ ኤርትራ፡ ሓደ ብቐጻሊ፡ ኣብ ዝዀነ ነገር ክጽሕፍ ዝርእየኒ ዝነበረ፡ ኣለክስ ሀመልተን ዝበሃል ስኰትላንዳዊ፡ “ሕክምና ተረኤ!” ይብለኒ ነይሩ። ሳላ’ቲ ብቐጻሊ ምጽሓፈይ፡ ዘየቋርጽ-ፍወሳ (therapy) ዝረክብ ምንባረይ ኣይፈለጠን ኔሩ ማለት��ዩ። በዚ ማእዝን እዚ እምበኣር፡ ብርዒ፡ ፍትንቲ መድሃኒት ህይወተይ’ያ።

ከም ሓንቲ ሰለማዊት፡ (ዘይ���ጓዳእ) ኣጽዋረይ እውን ክርእያ እኽእል’የ። ብብልሒ ሴፍ፡ ኣካላት ወዲ-ሰብ ከተጒድል ትኽእል ኢኻ፤ ብብልሒ ብርዒ ግና፡ ድንቁርንኡን ድሕረቱን ጥራይ ኢኻ ከተጒድለሉ እትኽእል። ንሕብረተ-ሰብ መገዲ ድሕነትን ብርሃንን ክትሕብረላ እትኽእል ጥበብ እውን እያ - ብርዒ። ከም ሰብ፡ ካብ ሚልዮን ሰልዲ ንላዕሊ፤ እንኰ ብርዒ ኣብ ጅባይ ስኢነ፡ መጽሓፊ እንተ-ዝሕርብተኒ ዝያዳ ክርበሽ ምኻኣልኩ ይመስለኒ። ዋላ’ውን ኣብ’ዚ ዘመነ ኮምፕዩተር፡ ብብርዒ ክጽሕፍ እንከለኹ ዝያዳ ባህታ ይፈጥረለይ። ብዙሕ ቀንጠብጠብ ብሃላይ ኣይኰንኩን። ኣብ ገዛይ ግና፡ ካብ ዝተፈላለዩ ቦታታት ዝለከምክዎ፡ ከባቢ 2000 ዝኸውን ብርዕታት (ፒሮታት) ኣሎኒ። ከምዚ ���ብረተ-ሰብ ማሳይ፡ ኩለን ከብቲ ዓለም ናታቶም ኰይነን ዝስምዓኦም፤ ኣነ’ውን ኩሉ ብርዒ፡ ንዓይ ተባሂሉ ዝተሰርሐ ኰይኑ እዩ ዝስመዓኒ፡ ‘መስለኒ።

ከምቲ ኣብዚ ሕቶኻ ዝጠቐስካዮ፡ ኣብ ጋዜጣ ሓዳስ ኤርትራ፡ “ሕብራዊት ብርዒ” ጀሚረ፤ ኣብ ኡጓንዳ እውን ኣብታ ዌብሳይትና፡ “ዘዋሪት ብርዒ” እትብል ሓንቲ ቀዋሚት ዓምዲ ነይራትና እያ። እዛ ጥቕሲ’ውን፡ ከም ጭርሖ ናይታ ዌብሳይት እያ ነይራ። ኣብዚ ሕጂ ግዜ’ውን እንተ-ዀነ፡ ሓደ ካብቶም “PEN Eritrea” ዝመስረቱ’የ። ጠበንዣ፡ ቀደሙ’ውን ኣይኣምነሉን’የ፤ ድሕሪ ደጊም ድማ፡ ናብ እርጋን ገጽና እውን ስለ ዝዀንና፡ ቃልሰይ ብብርዒ ጥራይ’ዩ ክኸውን - ብህይወት ክሳብ ዘለኹ። ንመን ይፈልጥ፤ ኣብ ሞተይ እውን ብርክት ዝበለ ብርዒ ሒዘ ወይ’ውን ቅርጺ ብርዒ ኣብ ዘለዎ ሳንዱቕ ማሚቘ እንተዝቕበር፡ ኣምበይ-ምጸላእኩን። ምሉእ ትሕዝቶ ኣብዚ ዝስዕብ መላግቦ ኣለኩም

1,340 Days (3 years and 8 months) have passed since the war in Tigray ended. Hundreds of thousands of lives were lost, including an estimated 50,000 Eritrean lives. The Eritrean regime, which should have not been involved in the war in the first place, has not yet revealed the names of the Eritreans who died in the war.
