@StevenSarasin @nasmadotali Im glad your being honest with your clients though! Im still seeing overpriced houses that are just sitting on the market up here. We bid on a house last week thst rejected 5 offers and then the nicer house down the street went for less than our bid.

@BoykoRiley As a buyer, we never know what the seller actually wants because apparently listing prices mean nothing today. We recently bid on a house with five other offers. All got rejected. House down the street from it sold for less than our offer and it was nicer. 🤷‍♀️
