This should scare the hell out of everyone. At every step the system fails. Illegal driver of rich parents driving rashly on the road without being stopped by law enforcement. The victim is lying on the road bleeding until his Mother arrives at the scene. They don’t even know how to lift an injured person correctly.
Then there is no advanced medical equipment on the scene or in the hospital- the apathy of the system and its utter failure to protect this precious child. She must sue the perpetrators parents in civil court for giving their spoiled brat access to this car along with criminal case against him as an adult.

I daily see atleast 10 young females with UTI(UTI is more Female>Male). I mostly attribute it to them not drinking enough water. Their standard answer is "Sir, our school/college/workplace doesn't hv a proper covered toilet. So v don't drink water in d day." How do v solve dis?🤷
