@ritu_twts Well it depends on what you wanna learn. If you wanna learn how to code, the answer is more nuances. if you want to learn the software engineering - that's another another, and the answer is yes
@Im_IrushiK AI already writes better code than 99% of programmers.
You’re only replaceable if you’re just a “programmer.” If you’re an engineer or a developer, there’s no way you’re getting replaced.
Building is much more complex than just coding - coding is usually the easiest part 🤷🏻♂️
@SynapticaTech@CodeByNZ I think it’s also because you can’t really vibe-code a backend architecture. It requires a lot of knowledge and a deep understanding of systems, which most vibe coders don’t have.
Tech-abstinence is the next big status symbol. Sustained focus without the need to check your phone. Immunity to brainrot. Total detachment from the algorithmic overlords.
Most people are already too far gone.
👨🏻💻Started working on the front end of Marketly today.
Just threw a few things together during my break - nothing fancy yet, but it’s finally starting to take shape. Excited to see it come alive piece by piece.

It’s been a while since I last posted, but I’ve kept working on my fun project called Marketly - an app that lets you track your stock portfolio and get AI-based insights on your holdings.
Right now, I’m working on expanding API coverage — free sources don’t give enough financial depth yet.
Just added Redis caching to the backend now everything runs faster ⚡️
Day 1 of building in public 🧱
Today I was implementing GPT-based analysis for company fundamentals + macro-economic data in Marketly.
Everything looked fine until I realized… some data was missing entirely. Turns out my sanitization layer was quietly stripping whole sections of the dataset.
Lesson of the day: clean data carefully — not too carefully.
I’m a high school student trying to juggle school, martial arts, freelance work & side projects.
For the next few months I’ll be building a side project called Marketly (an AI-powered stock analysis tool) and sharing all the progress here.
