The Awami National Party (ANP) is proud to announce the launch of its groundbreaking initiative, the Youth Program. With a strong focus on higher education, the program aims to provide equal opportunities to all admitted students in universities, eliminating financial barriers and fostering a brighter future for the youth of our nation and enabling them to become the future leaders of the nation in every walk of life such as in Medicine, Engineering, Education, Judiciary, all Public Services, Technical brilliance etc..

Under the ANP’s Youth Program, tuition fees will no longer hinder the dreams of deserving students. All admitted students in universities will receive a tuition-free education, allowing them to focus wholeheartedly on their academic journey. This monumental step ensures that financial constraints will no longer be a roadblock to higher education, making it accessible to all.

To support this endeavor, the universities will receive comprehensive tuition fee-related grants through the university senate. These grants will be approved by the university Senate, where provincial government representatives are present, guaranteeing transparent and accountable disbursement of funds. This collaboration between the ANP Youth Program and universities will create an environment conducive to learning, where students can thrive academically without the burden of financial stress.

The ANP’s Youth Program recognizes the significance of empowering women in education. Therefore, every female student admitted to universities under this program will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 5000. This stipend aims to empower women, encouraging them to pursue higher education and break the barriers that have historically limited their access to educational opportunities. The ANP firmly believes in creating a more inclusive society where women can contribute their talents and ideas.

In addition, the program acknowledges the vital role of teachers with a Ph.D. They possess invaluable expertise that can address indigenous problems faced by our nation. To support their research endeavors, each teacher with a Ph.D. will be granted a research grant of 1.5 million per year. This grant will enable them to develop innovative solutions, driving progress and sustainable development within our society.

The ANP Youth Program emphasizes that it is open to all. It aims to make all Universities as "hot seats" of learning for talented students who have been unable to afford university education. By nurturing their talent, the program seeks to create a generation of educated individuals who will contribute to the growth and prosperity of our nation.

The program's core value is encapsulated in its slogan, "Equal opportunities for all." The ANP Youth Program strives to create a society where every individual, regardless of their background or financial limitations, has an equal chance to pursue higher education and shape a better future for themselves and their communities.

The ANP calls upon all stakeholders, educational institutions, and government bodies to join hands in supporting this transformative program. Together, we can empower our youth, build a brighter future, and create a society that thrives on equality and education.
