@drscottyk Hi there, this happened to me with @AnthemBCBS. They have a blanket policy that apoB is considered advanced lipid testing. This link offers a rationale for this (https://t.co/87UTMyol6R). The best part is that the rationale itself cites literature that apoB has clinical utility..
