@virginmedia Thanks for your response. My concern was only the part outside of the inflation rates, the terms mention that if the RPI is 0%, there would still be an increase of 3.9%. Isn’t this 3.9% increase outside of the inflation marker that the RPI is?

@virginmedia I’ve just received this email about a price increase. I’m trying to understand why there’s an increase of 3.9% on top of the inflation rates? Does this not mean your prices will keep increasing by 4% without an upper limit with or without inflation?
