UCSD’s “Math 2” course teaches grade-school math (grades 1–8) to freshmen. From page 49 of the university’s own report:

• 25% of students got 7 + 2 = ___ + 6 wrong
• 61% of students, a large majority, couldn’t round 374,518 to the nearest hundred
• 37% of students couldn't subtract fractions

NEW: UC San Diego has released a new report documenting a “steep decline in the academic preparedness” of its freshmen.

The number of entering students needing remedial math has exploded from 1/100 to 1/8.

It is 6,000 times more lethal than cyanide and has no antidote.

The terrorist with MBBS degree was preparing highly-lethal chemical poison, 'Ricin' and whose handler is associated with Islamic State Khorasan Province.

They had conducted a recce of several sensitive locations in Lucknow, Delhi and Ahmedabad.

Ricin is a chemical poison and can be made from the waste material left over from processing castor beans.

Breaking: Like in war, probability and chance a factor in the terrorist attack in New Delhi, India. The terrorist's bomb was not fully assembled. It could have been much worse. More people should understand the scale/frequency of the Pakistan-based terrorists deployed to do attacks in India. ISIS Major Bio-Terror Plot Foiled: Hyderabad Doctor Held in Gujarat for Planning Deadly Ricin Attacks

Following his arrest, the ATS traced Azad Suleman Sheikh (20), a tailor from Shamli, and Mohammad Suhail Mohammad Saleem Khan (23), a student from Lakhimpur Kheri. Both men were allegedly helping supply weapons and ammunition to Saiyed. The two were detained in Banaskantha district, and investigations revealed that the weapons originated from Hanumangarh in Rajasthan.

During the search, police found two Glock pistols, a Beretta, 30 live cartridges, and 4 kg of castor-bean mash, a substance used to produce ricin, one of the world’s most dangerous toxins.

The doctor, who allegedly completed his MBBS degree in China, is believed to have been preparing ricin in large quantities for possible use in a mass poisoning attack.

Ricin is a highly toxic poison derived from castor beans after the oil has been extracted. The substance has no known antidote if ingested, inhaled or injected. Castor oil, which is used for skincare and in various commercial products, does not contain the toxin.
