@BBC @itvnews Since Debenhams has been taken over , when some orders are not fulfilled, they do not refund and when you chase it up you’re told it’s over two weeks so they can’t refund. I’ve seen other reviews as waiting for their refund. @DebenhamsBeauty you know it’s true

What is going on with Evri? I have been waiting for parcels to arrive and nothing comes - Debenhams parcel since Saturday but just getting fobbed off with excuses why anyone uses Evri nowadays I don’t know - it makes your companies look cheap when they do not deliver on time

Don’t order from Debenhams they will claim that your parcel is still ready to collect at the parcel shop months later. It was June we are now in September and I was actually meant to have this parcel in May next day delivery but Evri lost it

If you're buying from #Debenhams online,make sure you buy directly from them and not a 3rd party seller.If you try to return an item within 14 days,they'll expect you to jump through hoops,and everytime you send what they want,they find a new excuse not to send a returns label.
