For everyone offended by the Mikan post earlier, it's time the basketball world move beyond the idea that traditional drills are still needed for beginners.

You can do SO many better things. Here's a 5 year old shooting lay-ups with his dad, an outstanding HS coach in IL who adopts all our Transforming methods.
