@UKVolkswagen hi I know you’ve had server issues. I’ve seen my car has now connected but I never seem to be able to use the heated windows via the app. It always fails. I contacted customer support 2 days ago and it worked once now not working again.

Just wondering if that’s the same or they said yes

@evmanuk @MattsterT3 @OhmeEV That’s okay. Because the signal for my area is great from 2G up to 4G. so can't see it being a signal issue. considering the network on the device is showing its fine when i check

@MattsterT3 @OhmeEV @evmanuk The only resolution they’ve given me so far is to turn it off and on again at the fuse board which I’m having to do almost every day.

I know it’s not signal issues as spoken to my network and they have 5g in my area. The signal is also good on the device when I check.

@MattsterT3 @OhmeEV This is the same issue i have. every day i have to turn it off at the fuse board and switch it back on. the signal is fine as i check before i do it. there are also quite a few other people suffering the same problem.
