What if every time you think "that will never work," you replaced it with "what experiment could we run?" It could be the smallest / simplest test of whether the idea has any merit! I love this idea so much. https://t.co/8CoHZB0N6Z @omillard @ASCatalano
We need to do much more to tackle climate change, but there is some good news for once.
In @Nature this week, @ClimateFran and I point out that falling costs of clean energy and strengthening climate policies move us away from the darkest climate futures: https://t.co/e6ZWNeddnd

When leaders create 3 key conditions they get better outcomes from people. 1) Autonomy: do not micro-manage or enforce bureaucratic rules 2) Competency: give positive feedback 3) Relatedness: build teams with a sense of belonging https://t.co/RArQVmfN15 Via @CQ_Net@anafabrega11
What basic principles we should adopt when we're leading change? I learnt Milton Erickson's 5 principles a long time ago & they've served me well. Start from a place that people are okay & everyone does what they do with a good intent: https://t.co/ywEFXG3sxI Art: @DarraghPower
