@andfanilo Soon we may all be using powerful local models, yes/no ... making this a moot point? Still interesting view on what s/w dev "estimation" actually means in the future. Companies may need something like a "token consumption ops center", c.f. NOC, monitoring usage across their org.

@DataChaz Perhaps in the most naive RAG tool, but any decent HR intelligence tool will have guards (even simple XML enclosures) around ingested context that the LLMs will understand and thus ignore any attempted changes to the base system prompt.
