Really enjoyed this. One more forcing function worth adding, at least in
healthcare: reimbursement. It's hard to wedge into a workflow that only
exists because a payer funds it.

That's largely why we ended up maximalist — we became the licensed provider.
Monitoring codes now fund the data collection, so the corpus effectively
has negative cost.

It compounds the way you describe. That data just put our model at SOTA on
ReMedQA, a third-party medical benchmark, ahead of the frontier labs — and
our lead is 2x larger on the reliability metrics than on accuracy, which
points at the training data rather than at scale.

Wedges get you integrations. Labels seem to require owning the whole workflow.
