I also contacted them through the link they gave me here on twitter. If everything fails, do lodge a complaint in consumer court

@AmazonHelp @AmazonHelp I contacted the amazon customer service. They are saying they initiated an "investigation" and finalised that i somehow received the correct product even after countless pleading that i havent and that the investigation resulta are final.
