Hot take: MCP is about to matter less for the tools it connects and more for the computers it hands out.

Look at the four pics from the Sai API demo. A prompt in Claude Code. An app with its own Windows machine, shown live, sitting on a Product Hunt sign-in. The screenshot it brought back. And a page listing a bunch of cloud computers, all online.

That's a coding agent getting a real desktop with one command:
claude mcp add sai

From there it can operate anything a person can, including the long tail of portals and dashboards that will never ship an API. And the driver isn't a toy: Sai is #1 on OSWorld 2.0 in partial success rate (79.38%).

What makes it more than a demo:
- one machine per agent, so parallel actually means parallel
- an approval prompt before risky commands
- learned workflows on repeat jobs, so the daily stuff gets cheaper
